1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing (for international orders).

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this link to follow your order’s journey right to your door.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, Remedy is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information — and reach out to us if you need assistance.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
