At Remedy, we want you to love every piece you wear — because confidence should always feel comfortable. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
 

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on sale items, accessories, or gift cards — all of these are final sale.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Reach out to us — we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange if inventory allows.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories

  • Intimate apparel (if applicable)
