At Remedy, we want you to love every piece you wear — because confidence should always feel comfortable.If something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags still attached).

Please note that sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, email us at 📩 Retailremedy@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps and a return label.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once your item is received and inspected.

We’re so excited for you to wear your Remedy! Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the way.
